Serhat ONAY

Serhat ONAY was born in 1983 in Hakkari, Turkey. He did management and marketing internships in leading national companies during his university years. During his studies, he served two terms as President of the University Student Council and as a member of the National Student Council. Meanwhile, he participated as a speaker in panels on entrepreneurship and youth held at various universities as part of the "Bologna Process in Turkish Universities" and "Turkish Universities in the European Union Process."

Following graduation, he worked in various national companies as a regional manager, marketing director, and growth manager. He is still working as a CGO for Pixel Academy and Pixel Lab. Furthermore, for the last five years, he has been providing product, market, and brand consulting to companies looking to enter the Middle East and North African markets.

He is currently the director of blockchain projects at Pixel Lab, as well as a consultant on the blockchain project eEat Finance. He is married and has two daughters.

Vytautas Kašėta

Vytautas Kašėta has extensive experience in the blockchain industry. Vytautas is currently the Co-founder & CIO of SUPER HOW?, a leading research and development company in Lithuania focusing on DARQ technologies.

Prior to this, they co-founded Axiology and served as the CTO. Vytautas also held positions such as President of CRYPTO ECONOMY ORGANISATION, Co-Founder & Blockchain Lead at Blockchain Lithuania and LARED, and Co-Founder & VP for Blockchain at COART. Vytautas has also served as a Member of the Vilnius City Municipality Council, a Member of the Board of Advisors at FIX Network, and a Member of the Crypto Valley Association. Vytautas has been actively involved in various roles related to blockchain technology and its applications.

Vytautas Kašėta obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Physics, and Electronics (Applied Physics) from Vilniaus universitetas / Vilnius University, which they attended from 1997 to 2010. In November 2003, they also earned a certification as a Security Professional (CIW-470) from Alnos mokymo centras.

Emrah KOZAN

Emrah KOZAN was born in 1986 in Ankara, Turkey. He has a degree in Computer Programming. After his graduation, he worked as a computer teacher, system administrator, and assistant manager. After that, he worked at Bilge Adam Informatics Group as a Web Graphic and Digital Design instructor, vice-president of the department, and unit manager. During this tenure, he obtained Adobe and Apple Certified Trainer certifications and trained as a Master Trainer for two years, giving Apple, Adobe, and web design classes to a variety of companies.

He also provided corporate consulting and training services to national and worldwide institutions and organizations, such as Grand National Assembly of Türkiye Information Technologies Department, Koç University, Doğuş Yayın Holding, Turkcell Global Bilgi, SGK General Directorate, Migros Türk AŞ, İSKİ, etc. He also took part in the digital transformation of many important companies as a consultant or leader.

After returning to Antalya in 2015, he founded Piksel Academy. Piksel Academy offers computer science and software development courses, mobile application workshops, and college seminars. He has been the co-organizer of the largest informatics event region wide with 3000 participants around the world and the chairman of the Mediterranean Informatics Summit planning committee for 6 years. He is also the author of the book Tasarım Odaklı Düşünce - Design Thinking, which is used as a source book in many universities. Moreover, he has had many TED talk speeches and he is the organizer of TEDxAspendos.He is married and has two sons.

Linas Butenas

Linas Butenas has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2002, they started their career as a Freelance Web Developer and Consultant, where they worked until 2018. In 2003, they also started working at Vilnius University as an Assistant, later becoming a Lecturer and then Vice-dean at the Faculty of Mathematics and Informatics.

In 2018, Linas founded their own company, Gnaritas, where they served as the Founder and CEO. Linas also co-founded Turing College and held the position of Co-Founder and Head of Education. Linas was involved in the AI and Data Mining field as an expert at ORCA Alliance and played a role as a Board Member at Crypto Economy Organisation.

In 2019, they founded Super How? and worked as the Co-Founder and Head of Research and Development. Linas also had roles as the Chief Technical Officer at GoalHUB.net and Chief Technology Officer at CoArt. Linas's most recent position has been as a Blockchain Architect at Sahara Protocol, which they started in 2021. Throughout their career, Linas has demonstrated versatility and an ability to take up leadership positions in technology and education-related organizations.

Linas Butenas began their education in 1997 at Vilniaus universitetas / Vilnius University, where they earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science in 2001. Linas then pursued further studies at Aalborg University from 2001 to 2003, earning a Master of Science degree in Computer Science. Following this, they returned to Vilniaus universitetas / Vilnius University in 2003 to pursue their Ph.D. in Computer Science, which they completed in 2007.

Volkan ÇELİKTEPE

Volkan ÇELİKTEPE was born in 1986 in Eskişehir, Turkey. He graduated with a full scholarship from the Department of International Relations at Istanbul Kültür University, including a one-year exchange program at Comenius University in Slovakia. During his final year at Istanbul Kültür University, he served as President of the University Student Council.

Following a career pivot towards marketing and product localization, he undertook a year-long program at ES Academy, acquiring specialized training in cultural adaptation of texts. Since 2013, his professional trajectory has focused on the localization of marketing materials, legal documents, corporate policies, and internal training programs for diverse clients across various industries. Notably, in recent years, he has expanded his expertise to provide product and brand localization consultancy services, guiding companies entering the Turkish, Middle Eastern, and North African markets.

Ali OKÇU

In 1977, he was born in Hatay. He received his bachelor's degree in mathematics from Ankara University and his law degree from Girne American University. He is continuing his postgraduate studies in Commercial Law. He worked as a Mathematics teacher, educational institution manager, and director for a long time. He has been a crypto investor since 2017 and works in the field of crypto law, providing consultancy services. He is married with three children.
